Whole School Sports Day, sponsored by SPAR, is planned to take place on Thursday, June 6th (weather permitting). All parents are welcome to attend. Proceedings will begin at approximately 9.30am. All children should wear a tracksuit and bring along shorts, a hat, sun cream and a bottle of water. In the interest of child protection, it is our school’s policy that photographs should not be recorded by parents using any mobile devices. Each class has been assigned an Irish county and if possible, children are invited to wear the colour associated with their team. An ice-cream stand will be operated by some of our P7s and all children can purchase one for £1, with all proceeds going towards school funds. In the event of inclement weather, a post will be made on the school website / facebook page early on Thursday morning to notify parents if Sports Day has to be rearranged. Hopefully we will have a dry day and lots of fun!
