Earth-day 2020 & Taking care of our world 🌎

P2/3 & P3/4 pupils share the results of their remote learning activities from these past two weeks. The children listened to the story of Creation in their Grow in Love series. They made use of the beautiful weather outside to appreciate nature all around them. They collected twigs, leaves, stones, moss, grass, etc, and used them to create stunning artwork. The children completed activities on how we can care for the Earth. There was even some fun time going on a virtual tour of Dublin zoo. Rumour has it, that a few children in the Mullaghbawn locality virtually managed to take some wild animals to their homes. Imagine!

This week we have moved our remote learning to the digital interactive platform of Seesaw. We welcome our pupils and their families, our classroom assistants. Mrs. Michelle Mc Manus in P2/3 and Mrs. Frances Halpenny P3/4 and our Principal Master Mc Donnell to Seesaw. We are very proud of all your hard work boys and girls, keep it up. Thank you to our parents and families for supporting your children with their remote learning at this time. Mrs. O’Hagan & Mrs. Mackin.
