Best wishes to our Girls’ Gaelic Football team and their coaches tomorrow, as they take on Armagh CBS in the Athletic Grounds, in the Girls’ semi-final, of the Malachy Mc Genney Cup, ( large school category). Throw in is at 11:45 am. We congratulate them on their achievement to date and wish them well for the next round.
The whole girls’ squad will travel to Armagh, and they will need to bring a packed lunch. Please remember to layer up as it can be cold out of the sun.
In the event that they win their Semi-final, the Final will also be played tomorrow and is due to take place at 2:10 pm. In this eventuality the squad would not be back for 3:00 pm and we ask Parents/Guardians to have arrangements in place for a pick up at 3:30/3:45 pm. We will place a notice on the school website, tomorrow, as soon as we know the outcome of the Semi-final.
