Primary 7 brought St Mary’s Sports Week to a conclusion this afternoon with their Sports Day. Well done to all of the children who took part and enjoyed a fun afternoon in the sun. Sincere thanks to McCreesh’s SPAR Mullaghbawn for their generous sponsorship of goody-bags for every pupil in the school once again this year. This treat was very much appreciated by all of the children!
It has been a busy week with each year group having their own individual Sports Day over the past 4 days. The music has been pumping and the field a hive of activity all week. A special mention to the P7 pupils who worked in teams to support the class teachers with setting up and organising the different events each day.
