The P7 year group have bid farewell to St Mary’s for the last time. The enjoyed a fun-filled final day in school and had a lovely evening at the annual Leavers’ Mass. There were refreshments back in school afterwards, when pupils were presented with their certificates of achievement. The Tierney and Murphy Cups were also presented to the winners for 2019. Thanks to Pius, Eamon, Ciara & Tara for coming along to present the trophies. We had a little trip down memory lane for the boys and girls, as they watched their performance of Báidín Fheilimí from their P1 days! The evening finished with the planting of a commemorative tree to mark the P7 class of 2019.
Thanks to all of the parents and guests for making it a wonderful occasion and to all of the staff members who help in any way. Finally, goodbye and best wishes to the P7 pupils as they move on to their new schools!
