St Mary’s Whole School Sports Day, sponsored by SPAR, took place last Tuesday. All of our pupils enjoyed a full day of activities down the field.
P4-P7 girls spent the first half their day at Mullaghbawn club for a Camogie Fun Day, before returning to take part in their full programme of events for Sports Day in the afternoon. Thanks to Miceal, his coaches, Mrs O’Hagan, Mrs Glynn and everyone in Mullaghbawn Camogie Club for organising a great morning.
A huge thanks also to SPAR Mullaghbawn, who again sponsored goodie-bag packs for every child in the school. This is an extremely generous act and is much appreciated by everyone associated with the school.
Finally, well done to our P7 pupils who operated the ice-cream stand on the day.
