A big thank you to the Mums and Dad who came into school this afternoon and shared their language skills, making our first ever celebration of “European Language Day” a huge success. We had Irish, Spanish, French, Latvian, Russian and Slovakian, spoken this afternoon! We even had sign language thanks to one of our P7 pupils who’s Mum taught him some conversational language last night. We really enjoyed hearing…. and seeing…all the different languages spoken. We hope it will inspire everyone to learn a new language!
