As a culmination to their World War Two topic, P7 pupils enjoyed a very informative session hosted by the Newry + Mourne Museum. Pupils listened to the story of Edith Jacobowitz, who escaped from Germany in 1938 to flee the war.
Pupils also took part in a Historical Walking Tour of Newry, with tour guide Des Murphy to learn about the many interesting buildings and features in the city.
