Healthy Me- Help Needed

Dear Parent/Guardian,

I have had a request for help from the Action Mental Health Team. The Team: Heather, Roisin and Erin, delivered the “Healthy Me” workshop virtually to Parents in June during lock-down.

This Saturday the Radio Ulster, John Toal Programme will run a feature about how they have adapted their programme for delivery via a virtual platform during lockdown. They have asked if any Parent who took part would be willing to speak on the Programme? It goes out live this Saturday, 11th of July @ 11am.

I am aware that this is very short notice, but if any Parent was willing to take part it would be greatly appreciated by the Team. The interview would be around your views on the “Healthy Me” Programme and in particular if it has been of benefit to you in the current pandemic situation.

If you would be willing to take part, please email me at my address below and I will pass on your details to the team.

Anyone interested in the work of the Action Mental Health Team and wishing to make contact with them, a link to their website has been provided below, you will find contact details there.

Thank you
