Dear Parent/Guardian,
A reminder that Parent-Teacher Meetings are running every afternoon this week from Monday through to Thursday from 1:30 pm.
At your child’s /children’s meeting(s) you will be given a QR code from Class teachers to allow you to access Just2easy, Parent Portal. (Please note codes are individual to each class/child so you will be given a different code for each child. During set up there is the option for Parents to add all children within a family, so no requirement to login/logout for each individual child/class.)
Just2Easy Parent Portal is web based and is designed to support communication between school and home and will allow school to pass information through a secure site, including messages and more bulky documents. It has many tools and we will gradually over time be introducing some or all depending on the class/age of child.
A huge advantage is that Just2Easy comes through our C2k IT system, meaning all info is held within the C2K system and not by a 3rd party App, all with no cost to school.
Please find below a user guide which will aid you in downloading and setting up when you have received the class codes.
