A great opportunity tomorrow to take part in a live history lesson on life in WW2 Wartime Liverpool. It is aimed at Upper Primary school age and takes place tomorrow Wednesday, 25th of March at 1 pm. It is particularly relevant to our P5/6 Class who just recently read “Letters from the Lighthouse” which is set in WW2.
The lesson will include a tour around Western Approaches Secret WW2 HQ in Liverpool city centre and will discuss the Battle of The Atlantic, the role of Liverpool during the war, rationing, air raids and more.
