Tomorrow morning we have a visitor in school, to give a talk on Farm Safety to classes P 1-P 7. Whilst we know not everyone lives on a farm, we do all live in a rural setting with farms and farm land around us and as we tragically know, farms can be very dangerous places. The talk will focus on safety around machinery, animals and slurry pits. Classes will attend in 2 groups: P 1 to P 4 at 9.30 am and P 5 to P 7 at 10.15 am. (Nursery will not be attending)
