Green day for Lá Fhéile Pádraig ☘️

Reminder to all families that this Friday, we will be having a ‘Green day’ to celebrate St Patrick’s day and the end of Seachtain Na Gaeilge! Children are invited to wear their own clothes – green clothing, accessories etc to turn St Mary’s into a sea of Green to celebrate our Patron Saint.

The children from each class will be performing a selection of Irish songs and dances at a ceilí to mark the occasion. Please note that due to limited space this celebration is not for the wider community but for pupils and staff only, during school time.

We ask for a voluntary donation of £1 per child/£2 per family to raise funds in support of the Zambia immersion project, as past pupil Conor Nolan is currently volunteering there with the Abbey.

Go Raibh Míle Maith Agaibh!
