Maths Week Ireland 2024
This week St Mary’s Pupils will participate in a range of activities to celebrate Maths Week Ireland 2024. This all-island initiative promotes positive attitudes towards Maths and highlights the importance of Maths in our everyday lives. Last Friday at assembly we launched a “Tie your laces in the fastest time” competition. Over the week there will be lots of daily puzzles, fun games, activities, and workshops. On Friday 18th October, we will celebrate with a non-uniform Dress Up for Maths day – pupils are asked to bring in a £1 donation. Thank you to all our parents and families for supporting all our efforts to promote positive attitudes towards Maths with our pupils.
