P6 Group 2 climbed up Slieve Martin in Kilbroney Park for their hillwalking trip. Maintenance work on Slieve Gullion caused a change of plan, but the new destination was a big hit with the group! The children learned about the folklore and nature associated with the area. Thanks to Phil & Colm from “OK Let’s Walk” for leading the hike and for the hot chocolate treat at Kodak Corner.
