As promised photos from our P6 Class Group on their recent trip to Faughart to mark St Brigid’s Day. They had the opportunity to visit both St Brigid’s Shrine and also Faughart Graveyard, the site of her Holy Well and Church. Again a big thank you to Una Walsh for meeting the Groups at Faughart and sharing her vast wealth of local history and stories with the children.
