Dear P6 Parent,
We spoke to most of you last week by phone with regard to the video conferencing platform, “Collaborate Ultra” available through our C2k school IT system. Tomorrow morning a User Guide for Collaborate and a Code of Conduct Guide, with a permission slip will be posted to all P6 Google Classrooms. Please take the time to read, through the Code of Conduct with your child and if they wish to take part, please sign the slip and return to us through either uploading through Google Classroom or by email.
This week we will be keeping groups to 6/7 pupils in each session and they will last 15/20 minutes, as this will be a familiaristion session pupils will require a parent in attendance for this session.
Once we receive a signed permission we will send the link to your chosen session, through Goggle Classroom. Sessions are for this week only as follows:
Monday @ 2 pm and 3 pm
Tuesday @ 10 am and 11 am
Wednesday @ 10 am and 2 pm
